Availability of Prospectus & Fee: The prospectus containing eligibility conditions, domicile criteria, application form and OMR form can be obtained from HDFC Bank, Near D-Park, Model Town, Rohtak on cash payment of Rs 500/- (Rs 125/- for SC/BC of Haryana) for B.Sc. Nursing and Rs 1500/- (Rs 125/- for SC/BC of Haryana) for M.Sc. Nursing w.e.f. 09.05.2011. Request for prospectus through Registered post must be received in the office of Controller of Finance Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak on or before 20.05.2011 by sending Demand Draft of Rs. 550 (for B.Sc. Nursing) and Rs 1550/- (for M.Sc. Nursing) drawn in favout of “Controller of Finance Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak” Payable at State Bank of India, Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak (Code 4735) falling which the request will not be entertained.
How to Apply: The Application Form complete in all respects must reach the Controller ofFinance Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak by 30.05.2011 up to 5.00 pm. The Application received late shall be rejected.
