Name of the post: Assistant Public Prosecutor
Age limit: The candidate should have the age between 21-35 years as on 01-01-2011 (Age relaxation for SC-ST-SEBC-Woman-Eligible Ex Servicemen)
Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Law from recognized university and the candidate should have two years experience as practicing advocate
Examination fee: Rs 100/- deposit in Government Treasury under the Head “0051-P.S.C.-105-State P.S.C. Examination Fee”, or in the form of Crossed IPO payable to the Secretary, Orissa Public Service Commission at General Post Office, Cuttack or Account Payee Bank Draft/Pay Order drawn in favour of the Secretary, Orissa Public Service Commission payable at any Scheduled Bank at Cuttack (Fee exemption for SC-ST).
Pay Scale: Rs 9300-34800+GP 4600
Selection Procedure: The selection should be depends upon the written test, Viva Voce Test
How to apply: The candidate has to obtain the application from office of the Orissa Public Service Commission on payment of Rs 30/- or get through speed post/registered post by paying Rs 70/- or download the application form from opsc.nic.in by paying 30/- in form of Indian Postal Order/Bank Draft/Pay Order/Treasury Challan. The filled application along with required attested copies of certificates and necessary essentials should reach the following address by registered post/speed post/courier on or before 10-05-2011 up to 5.pm.
