Junior Research Fellow (JRF) /Project Fellow (PF) under the scheme of UGC- Inter University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi.supported project entitled “Tailoring the Structural/Micro structural, Magnetic and Magneto-Optical Properties of Transition Metal Doped Metal Oxide Semiconductors (Bulk & Thin Films) at Nanoscale by High Dose Ni, Fe, Co, V and Mn Implantation”
(Ref. No.IUAC/XIII.3A/2995 dated 13.01.11).The stipend of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) or Project Fellow (PF) will be Rs. 12,000.00 + HRA or fixed Rs. 8000.00 per month as per UGC norms for a period of three years. The fellow must have to visit the IUAC, New Delhi for experiments, data analysis and research discussions as required by IUAC, New Delhi.The applicants must have second class master degree with minimum of 55% (for general and OBC) and 50% (for SC/ST) in Physics/Electronics. The upper age limit is 40 years at the time of appointment. The application with full details along with self- attested copies of mark sheets must reach to the undersigned latest by 30th April, 2011.
